Trump has refused to participate in the summit on Iran
The US President Donald trump said that is unlikely to support the idea of Russian leader Vladimir Putin about carrying out of online summit on Iran.
Putenv Friday offered in the near future to conduct an online meeting of heads of the States permanent members of the UN security Council with the participation of leaders of Germany and Iran to avoid escalation of the situation. He also stressed that Moscow remains fully committed to a Joint comprehensive plan of action (AGREEMENT) to resolve the Iranian nuclear programme.

Earlier, the US state Department has told RIA Novosti that the UN security Council is the best place for discussions relating to the extension of a UN arms embargo.
The UN security Council on Friday did not support the U.S. resolution on extension of the arms embargo against Iran.
According to the agreements in the framework of the AGREEMENT, permits the supply to Iran of military equipment is temporary and will expire on October 18.
Voted for the resolution only to the United States and Dominican Republic. Russia and China were against it. The remaining 11 security Council members abstained.
Iran and the six international negotiators in July 2015 have reached a historic agreement on the settlement of the longstanding problem of the Iranian atom. Months of negotiations culminated in the adoption AGREEMENT, which will completely withdraw from Iran's previously imposed economic and financial sanctions by the UN security Council, US and EU.
The agreement in particular provided that the arms embargo would be removed from Iran within five years, the supply of arms possible before, but only with the permission of the UN security Council.
The deal in its original form lived for three years: in may 2018, the United States announced its unilateral withdrawal from her and the restoration of tougher sanctions against Tehran.
