Sugar in baby food acknowledged dangerous for adults

Of course, baby food safer "adult" food, in the sense that there are no GMOs, flavorings, preservatives and dyes. But it is the sugar. And this is one reason why nutritionists advise adults go to food for kids, says Arina Skoromnaya.
The second obstacle is the amount of portions and the content of useful elements. Yes, in baby food many nutrients, but not those that are vital for normal functioning of the adult organism. For example, there is no rough fiber, without which guaranteed problems with digestion and constipation. Very little in this diet protein and fat.
"A grown man not really eats baby food and then wants to eat again quickly. It's not for an adult product. As diet I would not recommend to use baby food. How to diet – it is a crime to sit on such products. This is not an option," – says Arina Skoromnaya.
But from time to time baby food is quite possible to use. This is a good alternative to harmful snacks, said the nutritionist.
"It is not necessary to sit constantly in the baby food, if only to have a bite. One snack a day such food. If you choose the lesser of two evils and choose between a Taco and a Shawarma for lunch or child nutrition, it is better the second," concluded the nutritionist in an interview with radio Sputnik.
