Lukashenko instructed to deal with detention of citizens on the protests
President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has charged to understand "all the arrests that occurred in recent days," said the speaker of the Council of the Republic of Natalia Kochanova, which quoted telegram-Sputnik of Belarus.
