Roskosmos announced the next release of the Russian cosmonauts from the ISS

The next spacewalk by Russian cosmonauts aboard the International space station is planned till the end of 2020, told RIA Novosti the representative of the press service of Roscosmos.

In August, the magazine "Russian space" produced by Roscosmos, said that the cosmonauts Sergei and Sergei Ryzhikova the Code-Sverchkova that on the ship "Soyuz MS-17" will go on a six-month flight to the ISS in October 2020, will perform two spacewalks under the designations of EVA-and EVA 47-48.

"EVA-47 is planned before the end of the year, EVA-48 - in the first half of 2021," - said the representative of the press service of Roscosmos.

Previous Russian was launched in may 2019.

Earlier it was reported that the yield under the designation EVA-47 was planned in October 2019, but was later postponed to 2020. Its tasks included the replacement panel of the temperature control system of the Zarya module of the ISS Russian segment, the removal of scientific equipment and the installation of a new Russian module "Zvezda" and "Search" as well as the dismantling being a long time outside the station element of the Soyuz spacecraft, which should serve as a basis for decisions on life extension of the ship for more than 210 days.
