Trump said the desire to invite Putin to G7 meeting
The US President Donald trump said that he will definitely invite the President of Russia Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the G7, which the us leader wants to hold after the November presidential election.
"We invited a number of leaders to the meeting. I certainly would have invited him (Putin) to the meeting. I think that it is a very important factor. We will invite leaders who are not part of the G7, some had already accepted invitations," said trump told reporters.
"But I think we should hold a meeting after the election, I think the atmosphere will be better after the election," the President added.
Earlier, the President, trump said that he carries a meeting "the Big seven" in September and wants to invite an additional four countries: Russia, India, Australia and the Republic of Korea. According to him, the presence of Russia in the G7 requires common sense.
