The Ukrainian Consul was outraged by the opening of borders Montenegro to the Russians

Consul of Ukraine in Montenegro Mikhail Shmatov protested the decision of the authorities of Montenegro, according to which the Russians can enter the country without restrictions. Appropriate post the diplomat posted on his page in Facebook.

"I am outraged that Russia immediately placed in the "green" zone without any conditions," said Shmatov.

The diplomat added that he considers discriminatory conditions for Ukrainian citizens.

At the same time, he noted that the opening of borders Montenegro to the citizens of Russia was a matter of time and "economic feasibility".

Montenegro became the tenth country that has expressed willingness to accept Russian tourists. Previously this was stated by the Maldives, the United Arab Emirates, Turkey, Egypt, Croatia, Malta, Cuba, Mexico and the Dominican Republic.

The Montenegrin authorities lifted restrictions for the entry of Russians into the country, however, while direct air links with Russia absent, and resume it was not officially announced. Experts online service analyzed data from bookings of travel documents and found that searches of air tickets from Moscow to Tivat Tuesday, August 4, has increased nine times compared to Monday. The interest in this area came on average last year just a few hours.

Russia because of the pandemic, March 27, stopped regular and Charter international air transportation. The only exception was the export flights and cargo, postal, health and some other airlines.

Authorities have linked the date of the opening of the borders to the epidemiological situation.

Russia resumed international flights from August 1. At the first stage flights are carried out only from Moscow, St. Petersburg and Rostov-on-don. Countries with which the flights will recover in the first place, was the UK (London), Turkey (from August 1, Ankara and Istanbul, from August 10 — Antalya, Bodrum and Dalaman) and Tanzania (Zanzibar island).
