Study: Russians quit without waiting for a pay raise

More than 30% of Russian citizens dismissed from work due to the fact that they do not raise wages, said the results of the research service recruitment Work.ru available to RIA Novosti.

In addition, 10% and 7% indicated that a valid reason for the dismissal may be the desire to work closer to home and spend more time with the family, respectively. 4% of respondents would change jobs because of conflict and desire to move to another city or country.

In the option "other" residents of Russia often noted that the reason for the departure from the current work will be the closure or liquidation of the company.

When searching for a new job, more than half of Russian citizens (54%) first of all, in addition to the salary proposal from the employer, pay attention to the work schedule (multiple choice). 44% of respondents also noted the importance of distance from home to the workplace, 36% of the reliability of the future of the company, 34% — positive feedback from employees about the work, and 31% — training opportunities and career growth. For 17% of respondents still important that future wages were higher still. 10% of study participants noted the importance of benefits 5% - average age of employees, the number and availability of jobs for mothers and retirees.
