Cannon estimated the requirement Kravchuk to give Ukraine $ 300 billion

The head of the Federation Council Commission for information policy and media relations, Alexei Pushkov criticized the first President of Ukraine Leonid Kravchuk for the requirement to pay his country $ 300 billion for the restoration of Donbass.

Earlier in an interview with the publication "Apostrophe" Kravchuk said about the necessity of creation of special Fund for the restoration of Donbass, which should be well USA, UK and Russia. This requirement ex-President explained that Ukraine signed the Budapest Memorandum in the past and its renunciation of nuclear weapons, which cost, it is estimated that about 300 billion dollars.

"None of the countries will not give money. Kiev first needs to return the Donbass. The money would disappear before reaching the Donbass", — wrote Pushkov on Twitter.

The Budapest Memorandum signed in 1994, Ukraine, Russia, USA, France and the UK. According to this document, Kiev joined the Treaty on the nonproliferation of nuclear weapons and dismantled its nuclear capability, and Moscow, Washington and London guaranteed the country's security.
