Putin is allowed to give the day for medical examinations to employees over the age of 40
The President of Russia Vladimir Putin signed the Federal law providing for the right of workers 40 years and older to be excused from work for the day to pass the examination.
The corresponding document was published on the official Internet portal of legal information. Changes to article 185.1 of the Russian Labour code.
The document notes that the employee must confirm the use of the exemption from work for examination a certificate of a medical institution, if it is provided by collective agreement or local normative act.
It is expected that the new rules will increase the availability of treatment, will preserve the health of the working population, increase the duration of active working life, the reduction of periods of temporary disability and improving quality of life.
