The Azerbaijani President found it impossible talks with the unrecognized NKR

Negotiations between Baku and the unrecognised Nagorno-Karabakh Republic is impossible, said President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev, according to the head of the Republic, "it is absolutely unacceptable."

If Armenia has the courage, let it recognize the "Nagorno Karabakh Republic", - said Aliyev, speaking at a meeting with young people in Balakan district in the North-West of the country, his words are quoted by the press service.

According to the President of Azerbaijan, "imposing unacceptable conditions, Armenia is actually destroys the negotiation process and wants to change the format of negotiations."
