Representative: freed Afghan Taliban prisoners before Eid

The representative of polytopes the Taliban in Qatar, Suhail Shaheen said the Taliban will release remaining Afghan prisoners before Eid al-Adha, thus completing the release of thousands of prisoners.

He urged Kabul to finalize the release of 5 thousand Taliban prisoners with the purpose "to pave the way for the beginning of the intra-Afghan talks."
