An unauthorized rally in Minsk were initiated through social networks and messengers from abroad, said the first Deputy Minister of internal Affairs of Belarus Gennady Kazakevich.

"Those unauthorized socio-political events that took place in June and July this year, was initiated within a few hours through social networks and messengers. And they were initiated from abroad.
