Ulyanovsk deputies came to blows during a meeting
Session of the legislative Assembly of the Ulyanovsk region on Wednesday had to be adjourned because a fight of deputies, told journalists the first Deputy Chairman of regional Parliament, head of the faction "United Russia" Vasily Gvozdev.
Earlier the Deputy of the state Duma Alexei Chicken posted a Instagram video of the brawl parliamentarians during a meeting of the legislative Assembly of the Ulyanovsk region. A fight ensued after one of the deputies from "United Russia" tried to thwart posted by representatives of the Communist party poster with a picture of Governor Sergey Morozov and the leader of the party "Communists of Russia" Maxim Suraykin with the signature "dove".
"Today, when considering the number of laws of the Ulyanovsk region, unfortunately, some of our colleagues, deputies from the faction of the Communist party, its provocative actions, which resulted in the hanging of the posters that, from our point of view, are very strict in relation to the state government, in fact, provoked in the hall of the legislative Assembly of a fight," said Gvozdev.
He stressed that, in his opinion, the initiators of the fight were made by the representatives of the Communist party faction. "As a result of a number of issues have not been addressed, and we had to declare a break... I would like to apologize to the deputies of the legislative Assembly for the actions that, of course, are very inappropriate and ugly in nature", - said Gvozdev.
He said that after the break all planned questions were considered. According to him, the injured deputies from various factions, their damage was recorded, there were law enforcement.
The head of the Communist party faction, Deputy Chairman of the legislative Assembly of the Ulyanovsk region Airat Gibatdinov said RIA Novosti that the first began to fight the deputies from "United Russia" who came to the meeting drunk.
"One of our members brought a poster where it shows a frost next to Caricinum. Thus he wanted to show that there was no confrontation between them, they support each other... I fully deny that our side was provocation. But even if so, you can't beat people up, it says the law", - said Gibatdinov.
He added that the affected members of the faction of the Communist party has documented injuries in the medical facility and reported to the police.
