Russian pensioners in Abkhazia will cease from August to receive pension in ATMs, the press service of the Ministry of social welfare and demographic policy of the Republic.
"The Ministry of social Affairs and demographic policy of the Republic of Abkhazia informs pensioners receive Russian pensions and supplements to pensions, as well as receiving pensions of Abkhazia and supplements to pensions that from August 2020, the servicing of Bank cards of pensioners ATMs of credit institutions of Abkhazia will be stopped", - stated in the message.
Retirement now can be obtained exclusively at the box office of the savings Bank and other banks of Abkhazia. The pension will be issued upon presentation of identity document and Bank card of a pensioner, said the press service. "At the request of the pensioner the pension is payable on a power of attorney issued in the order established by the legislation of Abkhazia", - noted in Department.
Earlier it was reported that more than 600 residents of Abkhazia illegally received a Russian pension. The total amount of reimbursement of overpayments, is required to return to the budget of the pension Fund of Russia amounted to over 15 million rubles.
Now the pension Fund of the Russian Federation listed 30719 people who reside in Abkhazia and receive Russian pensions.
