Shoigu was awarded the medal of the Minister of defence of Serbia for the contribution to the Victory parade

The Russian defense Minister Sergei Shoigu awarded the medal to his Serbian counterpart Alexander Vulin for their contribution to the organization of the Victory day parade in Moscow, reported the Ministry of defense of Serbia.

The President of Serbia Alexander Vucic and Minister of defence delegation was received on 24 June, the participation in the Victory parade in Moscow. On the red square in festive ranks were 75 Serbian guards.

"The Minister of defence of the Russian Federation General of the army Sergei Shoigu was awarded the Minister of defence Alexander Vulin medal of defense of the Russian Federation for personal contribution to the organization of a military parade in Moscow in connection with the celebration of 75-anniversary of the Victory in the Second world war," - said the defense Ministry and made the photo awards.

Wulin said earlier that I accepted the invitation to come to Russia for the closure of the international Army games in which the participation of the Serbian military. This year they compete in two disciplines – "Tank biathlon" and "Military rally" in Russia and "Sniper the border" in Belarus.

The Minister of defence of Serbia on 23 July met with the Ambassador of the Russian Federation Alexander Botan-Kharchenko. The sides confirmed that the relationship between Moscow and Belgrade are at the highest historical level, "noted the importance of continuing military-technical cooperation".
