New pedestrian routes await guests in the territory of Caucasian state biosphere reserve and ski resorts in the Kuban region, said in an interview with RIA Novosti, the Minister of resorts, tourism and the Olympic heritage of the region Svetlana Balayeva.
She previously told the Agency that the holiday resorts of the Krasnodar region, despite the situation with coronavirus and late start to the season, not risen, the preconditions for rise in prices are not. She noted that the region expects over the summer to take 7 million tourists, and then to obtain a substantial flow of tourists in the autumn season. To complement a beach holiday on the black sea resorts of Kuban, it is recommended to visit the mountainous areas of the Western Caucasus, private wineries and farms, as well as ethnographic settlements.
"Ski resort "Krasnaya Polyana" for the new season was prepared more than 10 new Hiking trails, where tourists will encounter waterfalls, trees, Alpine meadows, where there are unique endemic plants and flowers listed in the Red book. The total length of the routes in the resort is 40 kilometers. And the resort "Rosa Khutor" offers tourists walks in the forest zone of the valley of the Mzymta river. On the trail the "lake traverse", you can see the objects of the winter Olympic games Sochi-2014 and the picturesque lake. Guests can go for a bike ride on a special mountain trail," said Kuban Minister.
She noted that the new routes opened and Caucasian state nature biosphere reserve - the seven directions.
