In Portland Federal agents dispersed the protesters
The Federal law enforcement officials broke up a mass protest in the U.S. Portland, where the excitement did not subside for nearly two months, attempts by the city police to push the protesters further away, almost unopposed, on Sunday, reports the correspondent of RIA Novosti.
In order to push the protesters from the courthouse, Federal agents again used tear gas.
The crowd retreated from the area in front of the courthouse and moved to a nearby street. Many suffered from tear gas assisted medical volunteers, groups of youth tried to protect the retreating improvised shields, umbrellas, and just hands.
Earlier, the court in USA refused to impose a temporary ban on the holding of the Federal law enforcement agencies of arrests during the protests in Portland, who was made attorney General of Oregon.
In Portland and other US cities for more than a month have been protests, often degenerating into riots, which began after the death in Minneapolis of the African-American George Floyd at the hands of police.
The US President Donald trump has repeatedly expressed dissatisfaction with the actions of the authorities of States and municipalities that, in his opinion, do not take the necessary measures to restore order.
