In Moscow have detained about 15 participants uncoordinated action

In the center of Moscow was an uncoordinated action in support of the former Khabarovsk Governor Sergey Furgala and founder of the movement "For a new socialism" Nicholas Platoshkin. As the correspondent of RIA Novosti, was detained about 15 people.

The protesters had planned to transfer to the Prosecutor General statements in support Furgala and Platoshkin. They gathered on Tverskaya square, and then went to the building of the Prosecutor General. Along the way several participants were detained by the police.

The action was not coordinated with Moscow authorities.

The exact number of detainees capital Glaucus interior Ministry is not yet announced.

Furgala is accused of involvement in Khabarovsk criminal gang and the killings in 2000-ies. He was detained on 9 July, and then was immediately sent to Moscow, where the Basmanny court arrested him for two months. Furgal guilt does not recognize.

The twentieth of July, President Vladimir Putin sent Furgala resign in connection with loss of trust. Acting Governor appointed Mikhail Degtyarev.

The criminal case against Platoshkin opened in early June. We are talking about incitement to mass riots and the spread of fakes. Now Platoshkin is under house arrest, the guilt he does not recognize.

In September 2019, Platoshkin ran from the Communist party in the by-election of deputies of the state Duma of the Komsomol single-member constituency No. 70 in the Khabarovsk territory, but lost to the representative of the liberal democratic party.
