The official opening took place in the waters of the Institute of biology of southern seas named after A. O. Kovalevsky.

The idea appeared two years ago and all this time has carried out its development and the search for ideological teachers. The course was designed for children of Sevastopol with the aim of transferring knowledge on marine technologies and traditions.

Maxim Vinogradov notes that those wishing to study the water in the sea and the nearest cities are always a lot, because interest in everything that swims, comes from childhood.

For example, a few weeks in the master classes the children create an artifact and study its history and then take home.

A training program was developed not only for Sevastopol, and for the whole of Russia and for training on the waters in all parts of the country, so it includes not only shipbuilding, and aquaculture, ecology. So the curriculum "Mariculture" can be scaled to any region, and each child Technopark will be able to run the Sevastopol courses on its database, according to organizers.

Training in "Mariculture" interested in guys from Astrakhan, Tyumen, Kaliningrad, but because of the epidemic of the coronavirus until they can arrive. But next year, "Merikanto" can take many: International center for scientific and technical creativity named Thomas Mackenzie, which includes "Kvantorium" to build new campuses for the arrival of children from regions of Russia and possibly abroad for 10-day and two-week courses.

In connection with the observance of limitations of the CPS for a mass event opening "Maricastana" became less ambitious, but no less joyous event: the children took part in the ceremonial cutting of the red ribbon, competed in running the mini-ships and the development of points of virtual reality, explored the underwater world.

"The main directions of further education we are now on vacation, and short-term intensives are popular, but visitors from cities in the Crimea in the vacation less," – said Maxim Vinogradov.

Classes for summer intensives 2020 will be held in three locations. Participants who are already working in project teams on the direction of marine technology, based in the "Kvantorium", create models of ships. On the territory of Institute of biology of the southern seas is the environmental program, there is also a test of the waters where the are practical exercises. In the provision of playgrounds for children free of charge willing to participate in the local yacht clubs, so the boys launched underwater vehicles and had collected installation.

Now in Sevastopol, held intensive "Akvadrayv", where young people learn to manage models of racing ships on the Ushakova Balka, competes in the races in radio-controlled boats, acquainted with the basics of underwater robotics and underwater piloting a drone via FPV helmet (a simplified version of virtual reality glasses).

"For future students to touch, feel manually what will work, much more interesting and understandable than to submit your application online. But the parents of many things seek to clarify in a remote format", – said the organizer.

He said that "Mariculture" there is no ban on the use of any gadgets, but children's attention is directed to the use of useful applications and educational opportunities, not for games.

"On this basis we select the pool of software and hard skills which can give the maximum result for the young generation", – summed up Maxim Vinogradov.

In the new educational space, teachers are guided by the markets of the future and, accordingly, on the profession of the future. Then, students conduct lectures on how to properly and without conflict to engage in dialogue with parents in different situations.
