Republican minority leader in the house of representatives of the U.S. Congress Kevin McCarthy said that contributed to the Congress a bill on sanctions against hackers that try to steal research data against the novel coronavirus.
"I introduced a bill to prosecute hackers by COVID. American researchers — the most brilliant minds in the world, and we are developing a vaccine for the victory (over coronavirus) faster than ever. We can't allow China, Russia or anyone else used our innovation," McCarthy wrote on Twitter.
