Conference on reforms in Ukraine will be held in Switzerland, said Zelensky

Fifth international conference on reforms in Ukraine will be held in Switzerland in 2022, said the President of the country Vladimir Zelensky on Tuesday.

According to him, the President of Switzerland, who is visiting Kiev, in the course of negotiations, has noted Ukraine's progress in reforms and the desire to continue cooperation in this direction.

"In confirmation of this in 2022 in Switzerland will host the fifth international conference on reforms in Ukraine. We have signed a Memorandum that will outline the sequence of actions to prepare for this important event, " said Zelensky following talks with President of Switzerland.

According to the Ukrainian leader, Switzerland is among the five largest investors in the Ukrainian economy and expressed the hope that investment will grow. In particular, the President expects that the experience of Switzerland will help Ukraine in the development of tourism.

"Our country is not too open to the world as a country of tourism. Switzerland has a brand - in addition to the country's quality infrastructure, we all know large ski resorts... In the Ukraine also has potential for a long tourist season, the country is large, close neighbors who are happy to come. I would like to have your investors, your business took a closer look at investment in infrastructure, including tourism", - he said.
