The Commissioner for human rights in the Russian Federation Tatiana Moskalkova checked the conditions of detention of the former Governor of Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala Nicholas Mitrukova and accused of treason of Ivan Safronov, said the Ombudsman in Instagram.

"In connection with appeals to my address visited in prison 2 of the Federal penitentiary service of Russia V. N. Mitrukova, S. I. Furgala, I. I. Safronov. Checked the order and observance of the conditions of detention, provide them with medical care," writes the Ombudsman.

Prisoners said that the attitude of the prison to them friendly, the food is good, medical assistance is professionally and fully.

"On issues that were raised, clarified and made requests to the heads of investigative bodies and to the administration of SIZO Lefortovo", - said Moskalkova.

The ex-the Governor of Khabarovsk territory Sergey Furgala was detained July 9, employees SK and FSB, he is charged with involvement in the activities of local criminal gangs and the killings in 2000-ies.
