The foreign Ministry commented on the accusations of Germany in the cyber attacks against Russia

Pulling pseudoabstinence against Russia of involvement in the hacker attack on the Bundestag in 2015, Germany has demonstrated an emergency Western solidarity or "pay off" from the US for "shamelessly" claim "Nord stream 2", the Director of the Department of international information security, the Russian foreign Ministry Andrey Krutskikh.

"It is surprising that five years, this is obviously absurd case collecting dust, no one cared, waited for the right moment, and now suddenly "exploded". One gets the impression that, having made pseudoabstinence against Russia, the Germans completed the ritual forced Western solidarity in the face of considerable pressure for Washington and, perhaps, even cynical - thus the "pay off" from its "big brother" for the brazen claims on the "Nord stream 2," said cruit in an interview with the magazine "international life".

He stressed that the German government in their charges refer to any "reliable evidence", which, according to the German media, was received by them from the United States. "This is a known suppliers of "true facts". Is Germany, not after checking the authenticity of information immediately published it?" - said the Director of the Department.

Krutskikh said that if in Berlin do have received from Washington documentary evidence of someone's guilt, that the Russian side is ready to consider them. "However, as practice shows, they are unlikely to be presented to us", - he stressed.

"We need facts, not "high probability" of which so actively declare in the German media. In their absence, strongly reject the baseless and deeply politicized allegations of the involvement of Russian state structures to the hacker attack on the German Bundestag in 2015. We see in them an attempt to discredit our country and to cement the image of the aggressor in the perception of the wide world community", - said the diplomat.

He added that the conclusion that the source of malicious activity needs to be confirmed technical data. According to him, the competent Russian authorities had not received official materials and requests from the authorities of Germany on the hacker attacks on the servers of the Bundestag.

At the end of may, the German foreign Minister was summoned to the office of Russia's Ambassador to Berlin, Sergei Nechayev. He was informed that the General Prosecutor's office of Germany was declared wanted by the Russian Dmitry Badin on suspicion of involvement in the hacker attack on the Bundestag in April-may 2015. Berlin plans to activate the mode "cybermancy" against Russia over the case, said the Department. Mode cybermancy EU entered into force in may 2019 and still not used. Under this regime, restrictive measures may include the freezing of assets and bans on travel to EU countries. The imposition of sanctions requires the unanimous approval of all member countries.

The Russian foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said Berlin did not provide evidence of Russia's involvement in the hacker attack. If Germany has received from the United States confirm the fault of anyone in the cyber attacks on the Bundestag that Russia is ready to consider them, but such failure will be treated as a baseless charge, said in an interview with RIA Novosti first Deputy Minister of foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Vladimir Titov. The official representative of Russian foreign Ministry Maria Zakharova said that Moscow firmly rejects the accusations of Berlin to the Russian involvement in the hacker attack on the Bundestag.

The results of the investigation of a hacker attack needs to be discussed between Germany and Russia, told RIA Novosti Vice-President of the Bundestag Petra Pau.
