The people's militia self-proclaimed Lugansk people's Republic accused the Ukrainian security forces in the continuation of the mining areas near planned contact group for the opening of the checkpoint "Lugansk-Happiness" in the Donbass.

Previously, the people's militia LNR said that the Ukrainian security forces have established 36 anti-tank mines in the area controlled by the Kiev city Happiness across the road, which is regularly used for the movement of civilians and patrol of the Special monitoring mission (SMM) of the OSCE.

"Our intelligence recorded execution of an engineering group of 25 teams the task of installing anti-personnel mines PMN-2 in a wooded area West of the settlement Happiness, endangering themselves and the civilian population", - told reporters the official representative of the national police LNR Yakov Osadchiy.
