Andrey Ivanov will be in charge of investment projects in the Ministry of economic development
Andrei Ivanov was appointed first Deputy Minister of economic development of the Russian Federation, this position will oversee large investment projects and the implementation of agreements on the protection and promotion of investments, reported on the Ministry's website.
Ivanov moved to a new position as Deputy Minister of Finance. Thus, the head of Ministry of economic development Maxim Reshetnikov now two first deputies - Ivanov promoted to first Deputy Minister, along with Mikhail Babich.

Ivanov was born on 23 November 1975 in the city of Dudinka in Krasnoyarsk region in 1997 he graduated from the Krasnoyarsk state University. After four years in the administration of Krasnoyarsk Krai, in 2004 went to the post of Vice-President "the Siberian machine-building holding". In 2008, he began work in the Ministry of Finance as Deputy Director of the Department of budget policy in economy branches in January 2011 was appointed Director of the Department of budget policy in the sphere of innovations, industry, civil use, energy, communications and PPPs.
In June 2012, Ivanov was appointed Deputy head of the Ministry of Finance. The office of the Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov Ivanov was responsible for budget policy in economic sectors, investment policy, infrastructural projects and innovations.
