Twelve children were taken to the police after participating in an unsanctioned rally in downtown Moscow, they have taken the parents, told RIA Novosti the children's Ombudsman of the capital Olga Yaroslavl.
Informed capital gumvd reported that an unsanctioned rally in Central Moscow on Wednesday evening arrested 132 people, concerning them the question on attraction to the responsibility established by law.
The Ombudsman added that it will work and find out who of the detained children is already registered in the Commission on Affairs of minors.
As told RIA Novosti, the Plenipotentiary on human rights in Moscow Tatyana Potyaeva, yet it has not received complaints from detainees, but during the night it had received five complaints from human rights defenders.
