In South Korea per day recorded 33 cases of infection with coronavirus

South Korea has registered 33 new cases COVID-19 per day, most of them imported from abroad, the total number of infected people has increased to 13 512, recovered 12 282, said the organization of the Centers for control and disease prevention (KCDC) under the Ministry of health.

Since the beginning of summer in South Korea, all new local clusters COVID-19 and growth in the number of imported cases caused daily periodic jump in the number of infected. On 20 June, it reached 67, and 22 June – 17 people. In the last two weeks the daily number of new infected in the country is held in the range of 30-70 people.

According to KCDC, 14 of the number of new cases have a local origin, another 19 - imported. Nine cases have been reported in Gyeonggi province, and another seven in Seoul, and the rest across the country. Twelve infected revealed at the quarantine inspection.

For the past day hospital issued 78 people, the total number recovered 12 rose to 204, accounting for 90.9%. The number of victims has reached 289 people. Only South Korea checked for coronavirus already more than 1.42 million people.

More than 5.2 thousand people among all the infected are connected with the sect of "Sinchonri". At least 189 cases imported from abroad, of which 70.5% of Korean citizens.
