The head of Yakutia proposed to the Ministry of transport of the Russian Federation to change the route A-331 "Vilyuy" Irkutsk - Yakutia to cover more than 10 villages of the Republic, the press service of the President and government of Yakutia.

Motor road of General use of Federal importance A-331 "Vilyuy" connects Irkutsk oblast and Yakutia, is the route: Tulun – Bratsk – Ust-Kut – Mirny – Yakutsk.

The head of the region of Aysen Nikolaev and the Minister of transport of the Russian Federation Evgenie Dietrich met to discuss the development of transport system of Yakutia.

"In particular, there was a discussion about changing the route of the Federal road A-331. The head of the Republic proposed to consider the "South" version of the trace construction of the road "Vilyuy" on the route Mirny – Lensk – Vitim – NEPA – Verkhnemarkovo. The "South" option will provide the maximum coverage is more than 10 settlements of the Republic", - noted in press service.

Besides, Nikolaev has informed the Minister about the readiness of regional airlines to enter the far Eastern airline Alliance and become a reference manual for domestic cars in DFO.

As noted in the Cabinet, another major topic for discussion was implementation of the national project "Safe and quality roads" in the territory of Yakutia, as well as problematic issues, including the repair and reconstruction of bridges.
