The Parliament repeatedly proposed to appoint Oleg Urusky Deputy Prime Minister

Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmyhal re-introduced to the Verkhovna Rada a draft resolution on the appointment of the former head of the national space Agency Oleg Urusky Deputy Prime Minister, Minister for strategic industries of the country, reported Tuesday on the website of the Ukrainian Parliament.

The text of the resolution was registered on the official website of the Verkhovna Rada on 10 July, but on Monday, the Cabinet withdrew from Parliament a draft ruling.

"The draft resolution on the appointment of Urusky O. S. Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister for strategic sectors of industry of Ukraine", - said on the Council website.

Oleg Urusky - a native of Chortkiv in Ternopil region. In 1985 he graduated from Kiev higher military aviation engineering school. Doctor of technical Sciences. In 1993-1996 he worked as the head of the National space Agency of Ukraine. In 1996-2000 he led the office in the office of the national security Council. In 2000-2003 he held the position of first Deputy Chairman of the State Commission for defense-industrial complex of the country. In 2003-2005 headed the Department in the Secretariat of the government of Ukraine.
