Volodin evaluated the project on the limitation of extra-judicial order of removal of children
Submitted to the state Duma a project designed to limit out-of-court procedure for the removal of children from the family, protect the interests of both the child and parents, said the Chairman of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin.
Earlier, the Deputy Pavel Krasheninnikov, and Senator Andrey Klishas submitted to the state Duma a bill amending a number of laws and codes pursuant to the amendments to the Constitution on the protection of the family and create conditions worthy of raising children. The initiative proposes to limit out-of-court procedure for the removal of children from the family. The bill proposes to establish that the question of removal of a child will be in the competence of the court.
As have informed in a press-service of the Duma, Volodin sent received amendments to the relevant Committee on state building and law.
"The purpose of the amendment was to limit out-of-court procedure for the removal of children from families, protecting the interests of both the child and his parents. To remove the child from the family without a court order will be possible only in exceptional cases, if there is a threat to his life and health", - said Volodin.
The speaker stressed that the projects to implement the new provisions of the Constitution, the priority in the work of the state Duma.
"According to the adopted amendments, children is the most important priority of Russian state policy. Our task is to ensure the well - being of children and to create conditions for their proper education in the family", - said Volodin.
