Tour operators have proposed to expand the list of countries to resume flights
. Russian tour operators have called countries with which, in their opinion, it would be worthwhile to restore air service.
Previously RBC reported that the CPS has proposed resuming flights to the UK, Hungary, Germany, Denmark, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Russia, Vietnam, China, Mongolia and Sri Lanka.
The General Director of TUI Russia Taras Demura said in comments to "Rossiyskaya Gazeta" that the restoration of air links with these countries will be good support for the tourism industry, which was badly damaged during a pandemic. He also expressed hope that this list will soon be joined by Turkey, Cyprus, Greece, Spain and other countries where the epidemiological situation has stabilized.
His colleagues, General Director of PEGAS Touristik Anna Podgornaya, the above mentioned list was surprising. She noted that no one called CPS countries have not yet opened for business. According to her, the list could include the state, announcing its readiness to accept the Russians, Bulgaria, Greece, Turkey and others.

He stressed that such steps will be taken in stages. According to Gorin, some countries will be opened to international flights in August.

"The only thing I care about — I think, like all Russians, first and foremost, the CPS is the danger of a second wave (of coronavirus. — Approx. ed.) that we see in some States, the States that coexist with us. The absolute uncertainty on the ability of governments to ensure the safety of our citizens," — he told RIA Novosti.
