In Uzbekistan, the number of cases COVID-19 exceeded 10.8 thousand
The number of infected with the coronavirus in Uzbekistan over the past day has increased by 379 people and reached 10 838, reported Wednesday the press service of the Ministry of health of the country.
In Uzbekistan on 15 March revealed the first Republic in the case COVID-19. By Tuesday morning the number of reported cases was 10 459, 37 patients died, 6690 recovered.
Over the past day were also documented four cases of death of patients with COVID-19, the total number of deaths from the pandemic in the country amounted to 41 people.
According to the health Ministry, the total number recovered from coronavirus in Uzbekistan increased to 6811. On Monday, the hospital were discharged 121 on Monday and 106 on Sunday – 159. Now on treatment there are 3986 patients with COVID-19, including 24 in critical condition, 13 in critical.
The President of the country Shavkat Mirziyoev at the end of June, said that the situation with coronavirus in Uzbekistan is becoming more complex, it is necessary to strengthen vigilance in the fight against the pandemic. From 1 July in regions with unfavorable conditions due to the COVID-19 it is forbidden to assemble in groups more than three people in public places. In such regions will also be banned to go outside from 23.00 to 7.00 (from 21.00 to 5.00 GMT), with the exception of visiting pharmacies and hospitals in case of emergency.
The authorities extended the quarantine in the Republic before August 1. All regions are divided into "zones" depending on the distribution COVID-19 - "red" most dangerous, "yellow" and "green", free of the virus. At the same quarantine conditions began to soften in late April: the population was allowed to walk near the house, for weddings and other celebrations, eased restrictions on the use of personal vehicles.
