Ukraine and the Donbass agreed to exchange lists of wanted persons

Representatives of Kiev and the breakaway Donetsk and Lugansk people's republics during last Tuesday's videoconference humanitarian groups in the Donbass agreed to exchange information on wanted persons, said the representative of the LC in the subgroup Olga Kobzeva.

"The humanitarian coordinator of the group from the OSCE Mr. Toni Frisch was marked with a clear date to what time we (the negotiators - ed.) to provide information on wanted persons," said Kobzeva reporters.

LC representative said that an agreement was reached that the Republic of Donbass will provide a list of wanted men, whose lives were not installed, and the Ukrainian side has promised "all available information to agree with these lists."

The Ukrainian authorities in April 2014 began a military operation against the breakaway LC and the DNI, which declared independence after a coup in Ukraine in February 2014. According to the latest UN victims of the conflict were about 13 thousand people. The settlement of the situation in the Donbass is discussed including during meetings in Minsk the contact group, which from September 2014 adopted three documents regulating the steps to de-escalate the conflict. However, after the armistice agreements between the parties to the conflict continue shooting.
