Volodin has declared its readiness to ratify the agreement with Belarus on visa

MPs are ready to ratify without delay the agreement between Russia and Belarus on mutual recognition of visas, said the speaker of the state Duma Vyacheslav Volodin during the 58th session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia, which takes place in a videoconference mode.

The foreign Ministers of Russia and Belarus Sergey Lavrov and Uladzimir Makei on June 19 in Minsk signed an agreement on mutual recognition of visas. The press Secretary of the Ministry of foreign Affairs of the Republic Anatoly Glaz later clarified RIA Novosti that the agreement before the entry into force is subject to the internal procedures, it will take effect 30 days after receipt by the parties of the last written notice about their performance.

Volodin, in his speech noted the importance of continuing the mutual integration of the two countries.

"This is a very important decision will contribute to the creation of a unified migration and tourist space of the Union state", - quotes the assistant to the press-service of the Duma.

He added that "parliamentarians of the two countries are ready to ratify it (the Treaty) without delay as soon as it goes".

During the teleconference, the speaker also drew attention to the lack of efficiency of using Federal budget in 2020.

"Four of the twelve programs showed cash performance in the first half of this year — less than 60%," - said he, stressing that it is necessary to examine the situation in each case.

It is reported that during the meeting of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Belarusian colleague Volodin Vladimir Andreichenko was elected the first Deputy Chairman of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia. In addition, approved the authority of the new composition of the deputation of the National Assembly of Belarus in the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia.
