Ukrainians, stuck in Greece because of the COVID, will return home on Tuesday
A group of Ukrainian citizens, which was not allowed in Greece due to coronavirus infection, will return home in two flights on Tuesday evening, said the head of the foreign Ministry of Ukraine Dmitry Kuleba.
Previously, the Department of consular service of the MFA of Ukraine reported that a group of 17 Ukrainians were not allowed to Greece, stopping in Athens airport due to quarantine restrictions and the ban on the entry of Ukraine.
The Minister of foreign Affairs of Ukraine appealed to airlines not to sell tickets to Ukrainians to EU countries that do not yet allow the entry of Ukrainian tourists due to pandemic coronavirus. He also asked citizens to check the information about the possibility of entry into a particular country before buying tickets.
