In Saint-Petersburg resume museums and fitness centers

Museums, exhibition halls, fitness centers and pools resume in St. Petersburg on Monday.

As reports a press-service of administration of the Governor of the city, appropriate changes to the decree of the city government from 13.03.2020 No. 121 "On measures to combat the spread in St. Petersburg a new coronavirus infection (COVID-19)" has made the Governor Alexander Beglov.

In particular, on 6 July in St. Petersburg reopen state museums and exhibition halls, swimming pools and fitness centers (excluding those in buildings of shopping malls and shopping complexes). Also Monday will be able to operate the stores with a separate entrance from the street for visitors, with sales area more than 400 square meters.

So, on Monday in St. Petersburg, will reopen to visitors of the Peter and Paul fortress, the Museum of music in Sheremetyev Palace, the Museum of Suvorov, Museum of defense and blockade of Leningrad, the Literary Museum "XX century" and "Manezh", July 7 - exposition of the Gatchina Palace, Dostoevsky Museum and the Anna Akhmatova Museum at the fountain house. In the period from 12 to 15 July will resume the State Museum-monument "St. Isaac's Cathedral".

All the museums will work in accordance with safety standard approved by the Rospotrebnadzor. The new mode provides for the mandatory observance of sanitary norms - conducting thermometry employees and visitors, compulsory wearing of masks and gloves, the presence of antiseptics, respect for social distance not less than 1.5 meters, the ban on holding mass events. Every 5-6 hours in the premises will be wet cleaning, and disinfection of all contact surfaces. The tour groups will be no more than five visitors. The use of audio guides is only possible with disposable headphones and disinfected after each visitor.

Visitor access to the swimming pools and fitness centers is possible with prior appointment. Workers must use personal protective equipment. In the hall for classes need to ensure the distance between the visitors not less than 1.5 meters through the placement of sports equipment, marking Studio group classes. In the fitness centres should be no more than one person in a 4 square meter hall for sports, pools – not more than one person per 10 square meters.

Worship in the temples of St. Petersburg resumed from 5 June in compliance with health requirements. From 15 June the newly opened Barber shops, libraries, baths, furniture stores and photo studios also resumed the training process in the professional sports clubs and state institutions of St. Petersburg. From June 22, resumed the provision of services of car-sharing, and performance of health centers. Parks, sports grounds for children was opened on 28 June, a summer café and the zoo was reopened on June 29.
