According to investigators, the man from December 2016 to July 2017 acquainted with young children, then, under various pretexts, invited them to his apartment in the southern administrative district of Moscow, and also in a house in the Tver region, where he committed a crime. "The consequence collected sufficient evidentiary base in this connection criminal case is directed to Prosecutor's office to approve the indictment and subsequent transfer to court for consideration in essence" - she said to journalists.
Clarifies that the investigation of the criminal case against 52-year-old man completed. He is accused of committing crimes stipulated by articles "sodomy and other acts of a sexual nature, committed against a minor", "sexual intercourse and other sexual acts with a person under 16 years of age" "sexual abuse committed against two or more persons" as well as seven episodes of the crimes provided by article "the violent acts of a sexual nature committed against a person under 14 years of age, including with use of a helpless condition and use of physical force."
In addition, the investigation established that the man had previously been convicted of crimes against minors that he did in the period from 1998 to 2002, as a coach one of the sports clubs in the capital. Serving his sentence in 2012, he changed his name and patronymic and continued their criminal activities, the report said.
"During the carried-out searches at the residence of the accused videos of pornographic content involving minors. In the investigation of the criminal case were scheduled and conducted over 100 forensic examinations, including medical, molecular genetic, complex seksologo-psychological-psychiatric and other examinations, the findings of which allowed the investigation to convict a man for all incriminated episodes of criminal activity", - said Ivanov.
