The CEC received 15 dissenting opinions from members of the regional commissions, however, on the facts of violations, they do not show and do not interfere with the tabulation, said the CEC Chairman, Ella Pamfilova.
According to her, only two members of the precinct election commissions refused to sign protocols on the results of the nationwide voting are members of the Communist party in Altai Krai and Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug.
"The CEC has received 15 individual opinions of members of election commissions of subjects of the Federation, appointed at the proposal of the parties, 11 of them from the Communist party. They do not contain evidence of the violations. And don't let these commissioners to vote for the signing of the Protocol", - said the CEC Chairman at the meeting on Friday.
In accordance with the law "On basic guarantees of electoral rights and the right to participate in referendum of citizens of the Russian Federation," the Commission members with decisive voting right who disagree with the decision of the Commission is entitled to Express in writing a dissenting opinion recorded in the minutes of the Commission and attached to its decision, in connection with which this opinion is stated.
