It is noted that the basis for the appeal by the Prosecutor to the court was the results of verification of compliance with the stevedore of the legislation on sanitary-epidemiological welfare of the population in coal. It is established that "Port Vanino" not fully implemented the production control. Thus, the company has not conducted studies of atmospheric air on the contents of dust of coal and a number of harmful substances from production activities.

"The court has placed on JSC "Port Vanino" an obligation to perform in accordance with the schedule of the production control laboratory research of atmospheric air on the contents of the dust coal at the maximum single and daily average maximum permissible concentration, as well as harmful substances such as oxides and dioxides of nitrogen and sulfur on average daily concentrations in the zone of influence of emissions", - stated in the message.
