Zhirinovsky praised the idea of Mironov to hold early elections to the state Duma
Early elections to the state Duma or reassigning government can hold, if the corresponding position of the Prime Minister and the President of the Russian Federation, but direct reference to it in the adopted amendments to the Constitution is not, said to RIA Novosti, the leader of LDPR Vladimir Zhirinovsky.
Earlier, the head of "Fair Russia" Sergei Mironov said that the early elections to the Duma would be a logical step after the adoption of the amendments to the Constitution and would complete the process of "turning the government in the direction of the man."
"It can be used. If you wish, you can again hold elections to the Duma, so that the new structure was again a government form. But the amendments do not make us do it. They accepted and everything. They will be considered in the future. The next government will know and it will know. Now, if the Minister resigns or something, then the next candidate Ministers to be approved and appointed by the President after approval from us. Now it will be different, but it does not have to dismiss (the government - ed.). It all depends on the President of the government, from the President. But direct instruction or requirements of the adopted amendments do not involve" - said Zhirinovsky.
If you hold elections to the state Duma early, then best of all, the leader of the liberal democratic party, do it in late March during school holidays. If voting could be held for several days and not to interfere with the work of the schools, he said.
Earlier Zhirinovsky has expressed the opinion that elections should be conducted in the spring and during the week, with more widespread use of electronic voting.
In March the Deputy of the state Duma from "United Russia" Alexander Karelin said that it would contribute to the second reading of the bill on changing the Constitution the amendment of the parliamentary elections. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin, speaking from the Duma rostrum, said that he sees no need for early elections in the state Duma. Karelin then withdrew his amendment. According to respondents RIA Novosti political scientists, the early elections to the Duma would be a logical scenario, but it would have been possible if Parliament on this subject would be complete agreement.
