The U.S. Supreme court will examine the publication of papers on the investigation of Muller

The U.S. Supreme court agreed to hear a case about the publication of secret documents to the Grand jury at "Russian investigation" spectacular Robert Mueller, according to the website of the court.

The house of representatives under the leadership of the majority Democrats demanded to distribute documents, suspecting the presence of incriminating information about the President of the United States Donald trump. The administration of the trump objected, pointing out that Congress should not have the right to examine the motives of initiation of an investigation.

Despite the fact that the Supreme court's decision cannot be predicted in advance, de facto, the current agreement to consider it is a victory for trump, because it will be reviewed, most likely, already after the presidential elections in November. If trump is elected, or the Republicans will control the house of representatives, the case may lose the sharpness or even to be withdrawn. Thus, the Supreme court will avoid intervention in the conflict between the legislative and Executive branches of government.

While the Supreme court has not decided the case on the disclosure of financial documents trump demanded in the house of representatives.

Democrats argue, however, correctly described the course of the investigation, the attorney General Mueller, the head of the Ministry of justice William Barr. According to the statement of Barra, Muller confirmed the accusations against Moscow of meddling in elections in 2016 (Russia denies these accusations), but found no evidence of "collusion" President Donald trump with Russia (the existence of such collusion is denied both in the Kremlin and in the White house).

Mueller was charged with a number of former employees and associates and trump and obtained convictions against several of them. So, the former head of the electoral headquarters of the trump by Paul Manafort received a prison sentence for financial and tax violations, a former adviser to trump Roger stone for obstructing justice, former national security Advisor, Michael Flynn now waiting for the acquittal in the perjury after the intervention of the Ministry of justice.
