In the Tyumen region more than 85% of voters voted for the amendment
Amendments to the Constitution supported 85,57% of voters in the Tyumen region by results of processing 100% of protocols, opposed to 14.04%, told journalists the Chairman of the electoral Commission of the region Igor halin.
"For the position "Yes" vote 85,57%, this 748 290 cast. Against the amendments voted to 14.04%, which is 122 759 people," said Hulin.
According to him, the final turnout of the voting in the region was 77,37%.
A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the country. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the vote will take place on 1 July. To participate in distance voting were residents of the two pilot regions - Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region. It was held from 25 to 30 June.
