In Ugra 69% of voters supported the amendments to the Constitution
Amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in Khanty-Mansi Autonomous district was supported by 69% of voters on the results of processing 100% of protocols, opposed by about 30%, said the head of the regional electoral Commission Denis Korneev.
According to him, complaints to the election Committee of Ugra is not received, the voting passed in a regular mode.
According to information on the website of the district electoral Commission, the most active voters voted in Khanty-Mansiysk, where the turnout was just over 90%.
A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the country. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the vote will take place on 1 July. To participate in distance voting were residents of the two pilot regions - Moscow and Nizhny Novgorod region. It was held from 25 to 30 June.
