In the Tyumen region the turnout in the vote on the amendments exceeded 68%

Turnout in the vote in the Tyumen region on amendments to the Constitution at 15.00 local time (13.00 MSK) exceeded 68%, according to the electoral Commission of the region.

According to him, the turnout is quite high, while the city residents continue to go to the sites.

A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed due to the difficult epidemiological situation in the country. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced that the vote will take place on 1 July. It was decided that in fact the citizens can vote for 7 days from 25 June to 1 July.
