In Kuzbas more than 80% of voters voted for amendments to the Constitution
The number of voters in the Kuzbass on the amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation on 12 hours local time (08.00 GMT) made up of 81.29% of the total number of voters, told RIA Novosti in the information center SAS "Vybory" of the Kemerovo region.
A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed because of the epidemic of coronavirus in the country. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a new date for voting on 1 July. Because of the need to take into account the epidemiological situation and the security of the population, it was decided that the Russians will be able to vote all week from 25 June to 1 July.
As can be seen from its GUS: "Elections, the turnout of voters at 12 o'clock local time, 1 July was of 81.29% of the total electorate, of which 76,13% of voters voted from 25 to 30 June."
As the infographic of the information center, the leader in turnout Promyshlennovskiy district: 12 hours local time they voted 91,18%. The least voted in the Central district of Novokuznetsk city. Turnout at 12 PM local time there was 70,21%.
