Delegation of European politicians arrived in the Crimea
The delegation of the European politicians and experts arrived in Crimea on a working visit, said the head of Crimean Parliament Vladimir Konstantinov.
"The delegation of the European politicians and international experts arrived on a working visit to Crimea. The delegation consisted of nine people, including five French members of the European Parliament", - told RIA Novosti Konstantin.
The visit will last until 2 July inclusive. The delegation was headed by MEP, member of the Committee on foreign Affairs, President of the Association "Franco-Russian dialogue" Thierry Mariani.
In addition to the French deputies, the delegation included the Deputy of Parliament of Berlin Gunnar Lindeman, Vice-Chairman of the political party "Alternative for Bulgarian revival" Lubomir Ganchev, former member of the Central election Commission of Bulgaria Martin raytchev Raykov and Hungarian journalist Eric Almquist.
The delegation met at the international airport of Simferopol. During the visit, the delegation will visit Yalta and Simferopol, where the experts will visit polling stations and assess the process of voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
