Azerbaijan can extend tightened quarantine of COVID-19

Tightened quarantine in pandemic coronavirus may be extended in Azerbaijan for two weeks after July 5, said the representative of oberstab, assistant to the President of the Republic on foreign Affairs Hikmet Hajiyev.

Earlier Azerbaijan had imposed stricter quarantine regime until July 5.

"Discussions are underway on the extension of the quarantine for another two weeks after July 5. More detailed information will be made public in the coming days," - said Hajiyev at a briefing on Tuesday.
