Russia was not included in the list of countries that the EU open border from 1 July

The Council of the European Union countries recommended to begin gradually to remove restrictions on the optional trip to the European Union, agreed on a list of countries in which borders can start to open from 1 July, Russia and the United States in it, and China is, but with the conditions, stated in the release Council.

Based on the number of criteria and conditions set out in the recommendations, we propose to remove restrictions from 1 July at the external borders for the residents of: Algeria, Australia, Canada, Georgia, Japan, Montenegro, Morocco, New Zealand, Rwanda, Serbia, South Korea, Thailand, Tunisia, Uruguay, and China, but subject to confirmation of reciprocity in the opening of borders.

The Residents of Andorra, Monaco, San Marino and the Vatican should be considered as EU residents when applying this recommendation, stated in the release.
