Moscow said the rising number of fakes on the violations of the voting

The number of fakes about the irregularities in voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation in Moscow has doubled in the last two days, it is expected that in the future it will only grow, the official public website of headquarters for the control and monitoring of the national vote in the capital.

It is noted that the public staff will carefully examine all reports of possible violations reported by observers, volunteers and residents. The staff also analyzes messages in social networks.

As noted by the official representative of the Public headquarters for the monitoring and surveillance of the national vote in Moscow, Alexander Asaph, every such message is being carefully studied.

"Of course, the group members review violations have to spend time learning each of these messages, but it's part of the job. Speaking to journalists and Muscovites – check the information in the official sources, check with the observers and the public staff to control and monitor the voting. Upon receipt of information that makes you doubt, send it for validation in public staff or observers on the land," said Asaph.

Notes that are on the sites observers will give all the necessary information to call centre staff monitoring.

A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed because of the epidemic of the coronavirus. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a new date for voting on 1 July. Because of the need to take into account the epidemiological situation and the security of the population, it was decided that the Russians will be able to vote all week from 25 June to 1 July.
