Pamfilova called fakes about voting "well prepared"campaign

Dissemination of false information during the voting on amendments to the Constitution – planned and well-prepared action, but the Russian electoral system cope, said the head of the CEC of Russia Ella Pamfilova

She explained that refers to those who knowingly publishes false information.

The CEC admitted that at first, it was a shame when the appearance of fakes.

"Before, we trudged in the agenda, which they asked, and we had to make excuses. Now we have learned how to seize and shape your information flow and to beat the hand, but there is a problem. But I'm not complaining, we manage to deal with it," - said Pamfilova.

A nationwide vote on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation was scheduled for 22 April, but then postponed because of the epidemic of coronavirus in the country. Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree on a new date for voting on 1 July. Because of the need to take into account the epidemiological situation and the security of the population, it was decided that the Russians will be able to vote all week from 25 June to 1 July.
